Travel: Aboard the Aegeotissa II in the Cyclades--Greece

The Maho Bay trip was so successful, that Cristi decided to spend her birthday traveling through the Aegean Sea in Greece. She finally selected the Aegotissa II, a 120+' ship designed by and built by its skipper and completed only a year ago. It carries 24 passengers plus a crew of five.

The weather the last two weeks of May was perfect and we highly recommend this to our friends. The ship was beautiful and we visited Tinos, Mykanos, Delos, Paros, Naxos, Ios and Santorini. We snorkeled (well, some of us did. The water is still a bit cool in May.) and saw the sights in comfort and at a relaxed pace. I think it was about the best way to see the islands. Our private guide, Dimitri, might be called an added attraction--by the women, anyway.

You can contact the Aegeotissa for more information.
